Since the speed at which the counters are put on by itself is slow, I think this card that can put two at once is very important.
Even though it's a dedicated support card, it's easy to search because it's a field in the Yakuza itself, so it's not that hard to spoil. If you use it together with a Servant, you can put a full counter at once. It's easy to search for Servants, so it's not difficult to use together.
However, since it's a Trap, it's too late and you can't destroy the prison with 4 counters on your turn and deploy it immediately.
Also, although it is said that it is hard to rot, since it does not function by itself, there is still a possibility of an accident, so you must be careful about the number of cards used.
It's a useful support for Yugoku, but I feel that it's one of the cards that shows the difficulty of dealing with Yugoku due to the consumption, accident rate, and slowness of just putting it on the counter.
