Shiranui's Trap card that has the effect of special summoning 1 undead from his hand and the effect of excluding GY to make 1 undead unaffected by effects other than himself.
The effect of Special Summoning undead from your hand is undeniable with Trap, which is a slow move. He also has the Continuous Spell Call of the Mummy, although the monsters in play need to be empty. Shiranui is mostly low class monsters and he also has her own Shiranui language that can be summoned from the deck, so this effect of this card is less necessary. Another effect of her GY activation gives a very strong resistance, but dropping this card with the weakest effect to her GY will require burial etc.
It's not limited to Shiranui, it's a general-purpose undead card, so it's more powerful when combined with large undead such as Dohasura.
