A Shiranui monster that has the effect of allowing you to Special Summon the demon sword Shiranui from your hand or from the Deck when summoned, and the effect of exchanging cards when banished.
It has a super-dreadnought effect as a low-level Synchro Deck that allows you to summon a Tuner from his Deck just by summoning it. However, with only this card, the Synchro that can be performed is limited to Tougami or Gyoshin, so it seems that the balance is maintained around that. Further development is possible by summoning the sword of Ouma and using its effect. Aiming for a Link Summon instead of a Synchro would also be a good idea. However, he competes with priests and hermits for summoning rights.
The hand swap effect is subtle but useful, and the ability to dig into his deck with any undead to prepare his GY will come in handy.
