A card that can self-regenerate by snapping an advanced level, now that I think about it, I can't help but wonder why they didn't limit this effect to 1 turn.
At an easy-to-call level, he has an attribute that is easy to drop to GY, and he can only be released as Tribute Summon, but it can be used as much as you want.
Very easy to use as extra material for S monsters that require two non-tuners. It's an effect that can be exploited as much as the card pool increases, and it doesn't depend on the level, and now that there's a link that can summon him just by sending him to GY, it's unlikely that he'll be able to come back without an errata.
