To be honest, until I tried using it, I just licked it as her Ritual Spell.
The Agent of Creation A card that had synergy as good as Venus.
As for how bad it is, you can easily aim for Extra Link with Ritual-centric Machine Angels.
It doesn't mesh well with the odd level Nasa Monarch Ya who is 5, but if you focus on even level rituals and fight, it doesn't matter that much.
The Angel to return to the Deck should be a Ritual Monster that is easy to search with 《Preparation of Rites》.
It also works well with 《Advanced Ritual Art》, and in the sense that it also makes it difficult to rot in your hand, it's quite a power card finish.
It just comes to my mind, but if you don't put a limit on the number of times you can return this kind of card to her deck, I think it's easy to abuse.
