Unspecified level 4x2 requests (other than No) have rank up and turn skip effects.
However, the former requires 3 materials and the latter requires 7 materials.
It can be used with 3 or more materials, and you can replenish materials from EX, so it's easy to aim for a rank-up effect, but that effect also makes the EX pressure more intense, making you feel heavy.
However, considering the strength of the rank up destination, it is attractive.
Regarding the turn skip, it is currently romantic. In addition to the large number of required materials, it is difficult to handle because it has an activation effect unlike rank-up.
Ptolenova Infinity's move was popular and banned, but due to the improvement of card power, the increase in EX options, and the introduction of new Terranite in CYAC, the restriction will be restored in 2023.
It's a card that can be used in many ways, so I'm happy to see it return without errata, but I feel like it's going to get banned again.
