It's not particularly weak, but it's not a strong card.
I think it was made for his Xyz-based Pendulum Deck, but it doesn't have to be this card.
Also, the negate Defense Position effect from the hand feels a bit too restrictive for SS, and I can't deny that the scale effect is more than enough.
The material can be used other than his Pendulum, but it's probably an assumption in "EM" where there are also non-P monsters (wishful observation)
None of the effects work well together, and it's easy to take away the role of using the effect, so the best way to use this card is to convert a non-Pendulum monster into his Pendulum Monster and use it to make an Electrum. Better
I think it would be nice to put it in an EM that also involves Lunalight and non-Pendulums.
