The melody is enough for now. For the time being, when there are two Blue-Eyed monsters, I can appreciate the point that you can exchange them with this card resurrection of GY and connect them to the Spirit Dragon.
But he's not GY and he puts him back in Deck. Perhaps this point was set as a recovery for when the other level 1 recruit effects were used too much, but there is no scene to make use of it.
If you use it, you can use it instead of the melody, and when you are in GY and you are only at level 8, you can change it to this card and use it to bring out the Spirit Dragon.
It may be possible in the future, but the current situation is severe.
