Darkness Monarch that exists in several bodies. He has the same status level as a high-ranking Monarch, but even if it's not a Tribute Summon, even a Special Summon can activate his effects, so technically speaking, he feels a little different from a Monarch.
However, the cost or effect is greatly suppressed. You can interfere with GY, but that number of cards will fertilize his GY from the top of the deck, which is pointless.
Since it starts at the top of the deck, it has a strong randomness, but if you do it poorly, you can strangle yourself, and you can't take board adverts, so it's not suitable for counterattacks.
It is an effect that can not be helped even if it is said that it is extremely summoning sickness and uneasy monarch. If I could at least target myself, there would still be a way to use it.
There are times when you can't do the moves that are unique to this card, but since it's mostly good at Mansion and Crow, if you want to use it, you'll need to make the most of your race, attributes, and synergies. There is almost no adoption value at Monarch at present.
