It would be the strength not to use summoning rights that makes it easy to send out for follow-up attacks after suppression. Thunder's strength is that even if it goes to GY, it can be a super thunder dragon's destruction resistance cost.
Regarding (1) recovery, it is necessary to survive until the opponent's end phase. The RBI is not particularly high, so it should be enough recognition that it is not a problem.
