Ace of Saio. Strangely enough, he is the same person as the 21st Major Arcana Stand user in a certain Stand manga.
I also feel like it's because of this guy that Arcana Force's reinforcement doesn't come easily.
3100 ATK and DEF is quite high for a card that can be Normal Summoned, and it has a powerful effect of skipping the opponent's turn. It's more King Crimson than The World.
However, it is not easy to handle, it requires the release of two bodies from the field, and due to the coin toss effect common to Arcana, it is uncertain until this effect is obtained.
Fairy has a lot of support, and the Light Barrier can provide certainty, but in any case, there are many things that are required.
Nonetheless, it is a practical turn-skip system, and I think it has high potential.
