Compared to Call of the Haunted, which has a similar effect, this card is noticeably slower, but in the first place, there's no reason why the same effect as Monster Reborn is weak.
Time lag has the disadvantage of not being able to block attacks, but nowadays even if you activate Call of the Haunted for the purpose of RBI, it is often removed immediately, and sometimes it is even used for the purpose of being destroyed. It also works as a benefit against your opponent's mass removal. Of course, cards like Sangan and Graydle Cobra, which are delicious when destroyed, and cards with resistance and removal like Kozmo Dark Destroyer, use Call of the Haunted if you want to immediately put them out. Let's consider the compatibility with Deck and respond.
As for the revive target, it would be great if I could revive him, especially his Link Monster with horizontal markers, or a big monster with resistance.
