Synchro is the only dueling dragon fusion, but the upper class is Synchro.
The material is loosely fused with two Andes in the center of the Andes, and it's so easy that you can get it out. Since there are many races that are effective in GY, such as Gobzon and Bato Oni, it is easy to reduce consumption during fusion.
Also, since it's a dragon, the race doesn't match, but it corresponds to the mirror of the dragon. In Ande, it hurts to eat GY resources, but it works well with Shiranui.
It goes well with Anwa, too.
In exchange for not destroying the opponent with a high RBI, you can kill the RBI and generate a token with the RBI of that monster.
Tokens have no particular restrictions and their level depends on the opponent, so it's difficult to use them for Synchronization, but they're easy to use as link materials, and have an interesting effect that strengthens the battlefield every time you fight. If you attach battle destruction resistance, you can hit even higher rank.
However, it's a pity that it can kill RBI against X and Link opponents because it refers to the level, but it can't generate tokens. It's also a good idea to use it in conjunction with Kaiju to keep the pursuit personnel easy.
He has some peculiarities, so I think it would be better for him to be conscious of synergies like Shiranui and specialize in building rather than randomly adopting him.
