The Chaos Emperor has been remade with his Pendulum powers.
It has a P effect that recovers one dragon that was excluded by paying 1000 LP and self-destructing, and has the effect of paying half the LP and destroying the opponent's field and LP up to the number that was wiped out after wiping out your own field.
Basically, after adding it to your hand with plenty of support, will you add the banished Dragon to your hand, activate a monster effect from the EX Deck, or aim for a chance to rampage with 3000 RBI?
Although the effect can be used immediately, it has become something that is not suitable for one-shot reversal. It works best when your field and your opponent's field are balanced, so I guess the best way to use it is to send it into the EX Deck with haste and aim for the right timing to activate it.
It's probably the easiest card to use in this remake because it has a solid P effect and is easy to use and has plenty of support. You're greedy.
