A card that can apply for a unilateral truce, and can handle both draw and defense at once.
Basically, it's effective to activate it after a rough burn or a battle, and it's effective to activate it when you're just one step away, so bring it to buy time.
However, in this day and age where it's normal to have full hand triggers that will force your opponent to draw, this is a bit of a risky trait. It's hard to call it meta against Burn opponents, who can negate damage but often have a single card that directly leads to victory.
Although it has some quirks, it is a card that can be abused for delays, etc., so it will be difficult to recover from the restriction.
An excellent draw for burns and special wins similar to Kyouken rather than beatdown.
