General-purpose Trap, one of the staples of bounce.
It can be bounced with loose conditions that can be activated as long as there is a monster on the field, and due to the rule change, it is also effective against EX monsters that activate the effect away from the field, making the removal more reliable.
It's not just a simple removal, but it can also interfere with deployment, and since it can target your own field, you can use it to forcibly break through Veiler or Skidre by chaining it to a self-bounce combo or activating/summoning trigger effect and bouncing it.
It's not very effective against easy-to-deploy main monsters, and the recent inflation has increased the number of cases where you can't stop the opponent's deployment, but it's still a very versatile card that's still very useful.
