Pendulum Xyz Monster has the loosest material restrictions, but its effects are frankly weak.
First of all, while Pendulum Scale 8, which has no disadvantages, is on sale at a bargain price, the expansion effect limited to P monsters of level 7 or lower is less appreciated. In addition, if the effect is negate and it becomes a Special Summon in the Defense Position, I can't help but wonder, "Isn't it better to P-summon normally?"
The attack negate effect, which may have been conscious of 《Light Wing Shield》, is also unreliable as a defense because of the self-destruct effect, which may be conscious of Strak Magician.
