This card, which was one of the strongest anime boss cards, has finally been made into a card with a high degree of reproduction.
I feel that the time has finally come.
the Timelord In addition to the common effects, it has a unique effect of 2000 high-power burns.
Also, like Sephiron, it has a high RBI of 4000, so it is easy to get an ad due to battle destruction. It is exceptionally strong against negates such as Skidre, who is also the Timelord's natural enemy.
However, in exchange, the compromise summoning condition depends on the opponent, and because it has an RBI, it is worse in terms of handling compared to the TF version, which has a similar effect of not being able to search from the shrine maiden.
