Similar to the new drag tuner Phalanx, it has the ability to self-deploy and has the effect of being able to treat it as level 4 instead of having restrictions on the sync destination compared to over there. Thanks to this effect, it is easy to connect to Ascalon, and it makes it easier to summon Varucha, which was almost impossible until now. Vulture itself is also becoming more useful due to changes in the environment.
Although there is a limit on the sync destination, there are no other restrictions, so there is no problem with using it as a link material. Similar to Phalanx, the number of monsters with the expansion effect has increased, so it can be expanded from Vulture at once. It's easier now.
It's not a card that compensates for Drag's weaknesses like other new cards, but it's a good card that enables new strategies for Drag.
