His Link Monster in his Cyber Dragon that bears the name of the victor.
Instead of losing this card's ability to deal damage, it has the effect of sharing his ATK on this card to his Machine monsters with ATK 2100 or higher. This card can also be targeted, in which case it cannot deal damage, but with Link 2 you can demonstrate his ATK 4200 in a different dimension.
Since it's a Link Monster treated as a Cyber-Dragon, it's faintly expected to be able to use Fortress and Megafleet in various decks, but in the end you need his Cyber-Dragon as a material, so you can ignore this use.
