this is a good card.
Special Summon is dependent on the other party, but the conditions are quite loose these days with the increase in powerful Spells and Traps. Moreover, being able to reset his removed Spell/Trap (including his GY/his Spell/Trap in the exclusion zone) is also strong.
If it's a Continuous Spell or Equip Spell, even if it's destroyed and the effect negates, you can put it out and immediately activate it from the reset, so depending on the Deck, it's quite a strengthening. If it weren't for the "Spell & Trap Zone" ties, I wouldn't be able to interfere with the recent broken Field Spell, and I think the evaluation would have been 180 degrees reversed.
