A new monster in Metaphys, another weird guy says he turned into Metaphys and he turned into Pendulum.
The effect is to put pressure on the attack like the original decoy, it will be difficult for the opponent to attack unless you remove this guy, so it will be a deterrent, but after all it is a "visible mine" so the opponent can't counter it. It's hard to imagine that it will come crashing in, but if you think that you can force removal of effects against this weak card, will you be able to accomplish a certain amount of work?
If it is removed, it will be revived in the next Standby Phase. Although it is an effect that is easy to handle, the timing is still a little slow.
The most significant reason for this card's existence is probably that it allows Horus to be played in sync with Ragnarok rather than the effect itself.
Even on its own, it's not weak enough to be called industrial waste, so if it's just 1 or 2 copies, it can be said that there's plenty of room for adoption.
