Considering that the effect of not being destroyed in battle with 1 is 3000 points, it is subtle, but there is no loss because it can withstand being surprised by a combat trick.
The effect of 2 allows you to attack twice by setting one monster on the field to Defense Position.
Since it can be activated during the opponent's turn, it can be used as a simple attack obstruction, but it does not mesh with the effects of 1 and 3. You can also see the side that is subtly misaligned in some places, such as being unable to follow up when used.
The effect of 3 is a force effect, but unlike Rebellion, it raises itself and lowers the opponent, so it can be used even in front of monsters that are not affected by the effect.
It's not bad, and it's capable enough to serve as a finisher, but it's a little off-putting considering the weight required for Link 4's 3 Effect Monsters.
