If you can actually remodel your DNA, I think you could win a Nobel Prize (Konami sense)
It's probably meant to be used for combos, but it doesn't give you any advantage, so I'm worried about the slowness of Trap.
If the era was the era, it would have been a Continuous Spell, but then it would have been a little easier to use.
It's a race change and an interesting effect, but it's not enough for the meta, so it's pretty tough if you don't take advantage of the effect yourself.
It is neither strong nor particularly weak.
It's up to the person to save or kill the card.
