Before the new master rule, the basic usage was to get out a second X-Saber Synchro, but now it's basically a way to revive Pasiul after putting out Hyunrei and connect it to Crystal Wing.
It's more restrictive than an emergency command, but it's a charm that can't be found over there in that it can be issued quickly. Also, since it is a Gatoms card, it can be searched with 《Saber Reflection》. (However, note that it is not compatible with 《Saber Reflection》through battle. Basically, it will be in the form of searching on the opponent's turn)
If you revive Dark Souls as a side effect, you can use the search effect of the end phase, so it's more convenient.
If you have 《Saber Slash》in your hand, you can increase the number of destructions, and if it looks like it will self-destruct, you can adjust it by using the Defense Position.
Also, although it is a combo that costs Gatoms that can be used from the beginning, this is also normally strong. 2 handicap is not enough for your opponent.
