It has the effect of scraping the opponent's cards every ATK 500, and if you release 2000 or more, it has the effect of destroying all monsters within 3 turns. Since it can also be destroyed from the Deck, it would rather allow the opponent to fertilize a large amount of GY, and there is a restriction that the effect cannot be activated immediately on that turn, but in a Deck where GY is important, a large amount will be deployed at once on the next turn. Since there is fear, I want to decide the game during that turn.
Since this effect is basically a disadvantage, the true value lies in the effect when releasing 2000 or more and the wide range of costs that can be released, almost certainly 3 turn handicap against monsters such as Atlantean and Superheavy Samurai. You can keep doing it, and the cost range is wide, so if you combine it with Dystopia, it will be a card that can remove most monsters with Friche.
