Anything below ATK 3000 in DARK can be released. However, if you don't release ATK 2000 or more, you won't be able to get the effect of destroying monsters in your hand, and your opponent will choose to destroy the Deck unless there is something like this, and only allow GY fattening. (Even if the RBI is 1000, you will have 2 cards you like.) Basically, I want to release 2000 or more.
Also, taking all monsters from your hand is very powerful, but it does not interfere with monsters that exist on the field, so be careful. If you use it, it may not be very effective, so if you use it, you want to quickly destroy the opponent's hand and dominate them before they deploy a large monster. 　
Also, Shadow Dystopia can be used as a card to remove opponent's monsters, but as mentioned above, if you don't release 2000 or more, it will only enrich your opponent's GY, so don't use it without thinking. It is a card that I want to use after carefully assessing the situation.
