Four materials are required, but Flower Cardian can be easily summoned. The motif of the illustration is definitely Michikaze Ono.
Despite the use of 4 materials (4 light cards including willow in the original story), the plants depicted in the illustration are only 3 types of willow, paulownia, and cherry blossoms. Perhaps if the drooping plant in the lower right is a pine, it makes sense...
With 3000 RBI, it is not targeted and cannot be destroyed by effects, and on top of that, it has a powerful effect of 1500 burns per turn.
In order to maintain those effects, you have to continue to draw skip, and once broken, it is a tough effect for Flower Cardian, which is difficult to redeploy.
Also, 3,000 RBIs are often broken easily these days, and there is no follow-up, so it's pretty painful to be broken.
If you do S summons normally, I think it's only when the opponent's LP is low or when the opponent's resources are exhausted.
In other phases, Goko will be stable, and I think that this card will mainly be played with the effect when Goko is broken.
