I think the effect is strong, but it's just powerless in various ways for total removal.
The problem with this card is that the material specification is strangely precise with three Warriors with different card names. In addition to not being able to reduce materials with Link Monster, one of the Link Markers on this card is facing up. Even with the 《Ultimate Providence》effect, if there is no hand cost, it is useless, so the sense of stability is weak. Also, even with the recruit search effect, it is necessary to put in a level 4 Normal Monster, otherwise the search effect cannot be used.
I have a feeling that depending on future cards, it will fall to some kind of backward compatibility.
