Common to Meklord Monarch, it has the effect of equipping S monsters, and it is easy to inflict damage on opponents who mainly deal with S.
However, recently, due to the increase in S with suppression effects and target resistance, it is no longer a Synchro Killer.
Now that there are options like X and Link, it's undeniable that the strength of the other party's dependence has increased and it's becoming a bonus.
However, as a unique effect he has a spell negate effect. It's only once per turn, but the spell is still very popular, so it's easy to affect a lot of his deck.
It's an exceptional spec for a level 1, but it's not only good, it limits attacks other than yourself, so it's easy to lack offense. 2500 ATK and DEF is high for a level 1, but I'm worried about it as an ace/trump card class.
