In today's Yu-Gi-Oh, it's easy to line up four monsters on the field from one card in your hand. That means it's easy to make Skaldet with 4 materials.
Of course, assuming there is no interference, I can only say that it is strong to be able to handle buffs, SS, and 4 draws alone.
