When he first came out, Pendulum was still underdeveloped and the direction was not clear, so it was a card that gave me a sense of the future.
However, since the direction of Pendulum is to soul charge from Extra and connect to other summoning methods, it is quite painful to be able to seal his Special Summon other than Pendulum after cutting extra resources. I didn't.
With the new master rule, hoarding itself doesn't make as much sense as it did before, and it's easier to use in that respect, but it's still hard to use because it's still the same as using Pendulum Summon as a stepping stone to connect to the next link and other summoning methods.
