Even with this, I was happy when I first got the new D-HERO in ARC-V. It's really just the beginning.
It is said that it can be fused with the effect of the first half when fusion summoning is successful, but this guy's material is a D-HERO fusion body, and the consumption is too intense, so it's hard to use even with Master Rule 3.
With this, if the second half of the effect is a permanent effect that grants resistance to all D-HEROs, I still thought, "It's more defensive, but it might be a candidate for protecting other HEROs," but it's an activation effect that only targets one. Moreover, it is powerless against targeted effects. It's obvious that the monster's effect activation will be crushed now, and it's not enough to keep the opponent in check. (Apart from using removal to just add resistance)
The ultimate is that the hit point is only 3000 against the weight of the material. It's true that D-HERO has a lot of cards with low RBI, but there are other cards that have better effects with this RBI. In other words, it is still more efficient to change the mask.
Regarding the illustration and nickname (derogatory name), I will complain about it as an outside evaluation, but it's crap, dude. It's good to have D's name on it, and it's shiny...
