Ritual Blue-Eyed that appeared in DSOD, and the naming sense of Chaos MAX is impressive for better or worse. However, I didn't feel any sense of incongruity when I was actually called with the heat of Kaiba.
Being level 8, he matches Blue-Eyed's level, and since Blue-Eyed is vanilla, he can also handle advanced rituals, making it an easy class to operate.
Although it is level 8, it boasts 4000 hit points, and its high hit points are easy to use. It also doubles the damage instead of just penetrating. With this RBI, it is easy to expect high damage, and if the opponent has 0 defense, that is the end of the game.
Penetration is often treated as a bonus, but at this level it's worth comboing with battle position change.
Obelisk has teary eyes because it has a strong resistance to bonuses and has an excellent position.
It's a powerful ritual with excellent performance purely as an attacker.
It can be expected to play an active role as a general-purpose ritual regardless of Blue-Eyed.
