It's a general-purpose meta level 3 tuner that comes out in winter, and it's reminiscent of 3 effects and Urara, but compared to that, it's very weak because it chooses opponents.
Or rather, I think it's just an anomaly that there's no problem even if you put 3 copies without thinking, and it's a no-cost hand trigger.
His rivals are DD Crow and Longinus, and DD Crow has a particularly large presence.
If you compare it to DD Crow, you can't banish it, but you can completely stop the effects of touching multiple cards such as cards that don't target, Solcha, Explosion, etc., and you can deal with the effects of touching his own GY. Although it is a one-shot only, the advantage is that it does not choose the activation timing.
If you use it as a simple GY meta, there are many scenes where it is inferior to DD Crow, so I think it is important that he can stop unexpected cards if GY is included in the range of his effect.
Since it can be used as a Crow meta from the first turn, it seems that there is also a turn around it.
