Contrary to the lightning rod, this is a super pinpoint meta card that can only be used in Japan.
Compared to Lightning Rods and White Holes, Feather Duster's Spell/Trap Destruction is a card that can be used regardless of whether you're superior or inferior, so countering it and self-destructing it seems to make sense, but if you just wait for one Feather Duster. Even Staro should face down.
