A Level 5 Dragon monster that has the effect of Special Summoning from his GY at no cost along with a Lower Dragon in his hand.
The field needs to be empty, but it's powerful to support the development that doesn't consume the summoning right at no cost. As a way to put it in GY, you can use ravines, mausoleums, and since it's DARK, you can use 《Armageddon Knight》, etc., and it seems that his Deck, which uses low-level Dragons, will be a useful presence.
