A general-purpose meta card for cards that go wild in the winter season.
Something that Veiler can shoot with a Trap to counter things like Azathoth, who hits first and seals monsters.

Well, monster negate is a useful effect, so even if you can't shoot it from your hand on your opponent's first turn, you can use it like a normal trap without spoiling it, so it's not so bad.
