Level 1 Gouki with hand triggered damage halving effect.
It's strength is that you can easily bring it into your hand with reinforcements and his Gouki common search, but the important point is that the damage reduction is very passive and can only be halved once. Since there is no turn 1 limit, if you have more than one card in your hand, you can halve it, but it's unlikely that you'll have more than one copy of this card in your hand unless it's a card accident.
Using Master Ogre to return cards to the hand and negate effects as a cost, and being a level 1 player, he can aim for a Special Summon with one-for-one, so I'm glad that he can be a valuable deployment member in Gouki.
However, it is very disappointing that he has conspicuous shortcomings such as Gouki's common effects and hand triggers that do not mesh, damage reduction effects are subtle, and ATK 0 cannot be used to participate in attacks or support his Gouki in battle.
