One of the four Dragon Rulers in charge of FIRE.
Among the four Dragon Rulers, it has the highest ATK, and its unique effect destroys one card on the field, making it highly versatile. His Deck, which is centered on FIRE and Dragon, is easy to adopt, and even if the removal effect doesn't work, just attacking from GY with 2800 RBI is enough of a threat.
At first, I thought this one was the strongest among the four Dragon Rulers because it has a removal effect and 2800 RBI, but as the times progressed, it was not cost-effective to remove two cards from your hand. Isn't the unique effect that is difficult to handle in the first attack not reach the prohibition line? I came to think that Redox and Tidal were more threatening.
Tempest will return to restrictions in October, but will this guy return to restrictions? It's more versatile than Tempest, but I don't think it's worse than Tidal and Redox, so I think it's possible.
On April 1, 2023, he was reinstated and his second Dragon Ruler became available. I like the illustrations the most in Dragon Ruler.
