Arcana Knight Joker reborn as a Link Monster.
It has the same negate effect as Arcana Knight Joker on cards that target itself and its link destination, and when destroyed in battle, he recruits level 4 normal warriors from the deck and has the effect of searching for level 4 warriors.
The heavy restriction is because he is implicitly forced to use the three musketeers on the face cards, so his ATK and effect are more than enough for Link 3. The Arcana type target resistance is quite unreliable, and it's better than nothing, and if you ignore the effect, the 2800 RBI is the highest in Link 3. However, it is doubtful whether the 2nd effect can be activated unexpectedly because the 1st effect is unreliable.
Since Isolde is present in all of Warrior, it's probably a card for playing with the three musketeers on the table rather than seeking versatility. As such, this card might rather be a battle with the general-purpose Rank 4 that can be played when Queens and Kings are side by side.
