The effect is a simple yet powerful one that destroys itself to remove all monsters in the main monster zone with lower hit points than yourself.
However, it is doubtful whether this card will be adopted after 3 Black Holes, which are representative of total removal including Extra Monster Zones, can be stacked. If you want to differentiate it, it will be whether you can make good use of the RBI that shows its true strength in Skidre and the fact that it is a monster effect of Friche that can be used even in the opponent's turn.
Although it is a top class monster, it can be compromise summoned, so it is hard to spoil in your hand. However, the RBI applied to the effect is 1300, which is quite an unsatisfactory value to hinder the opponent's development. It can be said that it is necessary to prepare a situation in which Tribute Summon is possible in order to make use of its strengths.
