Due to the new master rule, it became difficult to use the Synchro Summoning deck, so this card appeared as a relief card... I don't know what it is, but it's a dangerous person.
The material designation is reminiscent of Synchro, but Tuner + Tuner is fine, and of course you don't need to match the level, so you can combine it with an appropriate hand trigger, so it's looser than Synchro.
His Deck Recruiting effect with Link Monster is of course strong because Helix, who destroyed the environment, taught me a lot.
Although there is a restriction that the recruited card cannot activate the effect of the turn, Valve and Usagi can be practically ignored, so they are very compatible.
This effect alone is strong, but it also has the effect of turning into a Synchro Tuner during the opponent's turn, so Botenkou is at the top of the list.
In addition to that, there are other candidates such as Coral, Formula, and Wonder Magician who have a draw effect + α.
If you have a tuner, rather than synchro salvation, link is better than synchro! I feel like it's become a card...
