Although he continued to reign as an ace of spell users, the recovery effect at the beginning was too strong.
Even though it was difficult to reuse when it first appeared, the evolution of the dimensional gimmick has greatly strengthened the recovery barrage using this card, and finally one kill he is Deck's companion.
The recovery itself was strong, and the trigger called summoning/Special Summon was hopelessly loose.
That's why the release decision was made after collection became the end phase. In that case, the possibility of being interfered with by the opponent increases sharply, and it becomes impossible to use combos such as Dogma Blade.
In terms of timing, it's almost synonymous with once per turn, so I think it's an errata that should be corrected without losing its strength.
