Halifair is the same, but this card is generally a bad card.
Level-ignoring reinforcements + Equip Spell limited 《Painful Choice》+ Virtually no-cost Alive effect.
Theoretically it costs him up to 12 Equip Spells and recruits 1 Warrior monster, but you wouldn't do that.
