If you just look at the text, it's easy to understand and it's weak, so at first glance it looks like it can't be used, but now it's too common for self-destruction to be an advantage, so it actually seems to be quite useful, but when I think about it, it's not usable after all. It doesn't seem like a card that actually seems to be usable, but it feels like a card that can't be used.
It's true that being able to destroy your own cards isn't a disadvantage now, but that's all there is to it, and with Trap, which takes a long time to activate, the practicality is too severe. It would have been a little different.
