I think it's a typical card that hurts when you lick it.
After all, it was a disadvantage that it returned to the owner's hand after 4 turns.
Ironically, the fact that speed has progressed to the point where it can be ignored now is the result of raising the evaluation.
It can't directly interfere with the cards on the field, it's random when it comes to punching out cards from your hand, and it tends to come back and focus only on disadvantages, but it's pretty strong when you use it.
People tend to say that it's slow because it's a Trap, but if you think you can copy it with a Junk collector, it's not so bad.
