Basically, I want to release it with Escalation of the Monarchs during my opponent's turn.

Strength

[King of Monarch] is the main axis.
As with all "Monarch" monsters, Tribute Summon secures an advantage.
Nothing more, nothing less.
More than that, 《Edea the Heavenly Squire》is the real key card in [King of Monarch].
If successfully summoned, he can Special Summon a monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF from his deck.
With this effect, you can attract 《The Cuckoo Commanded to Croon》, 《Wheel Synchron》, etc.
《Wheel Synchron》is subsidized.
Since it's level 5, I don't have any particular plans to use normal means. I want to do his Special Summon in that way because I can.
After that, I would like to prepare monsters with an effect that can normal summon monsters of level 4 or lower.
In addition, since it does not perform a Synchro Summon, the two effects of the Synchro system are rotten.
