Floowandereeze is used to search for 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》and 《Simorgh, Lord of the Storm》, and then lock while 《Vanity's Emptiness》, 《Guarded Treasure》and 《Escalation of the Monarchs》are activated.
The deck name comes from the main card "Cold Feet".
Activate Cold Feet during a normal draw on your opponent's turn, and then chain Escalation of the Monarchs to it. 《Escalation of the Monarchs》will Tribute Summon 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》, and 《Cold Feet》will not destroy 《Vanity's Emptiness》even if a card on your field goes to his GY, so you can leave it on the field. . I didn't put it in this time, but 《Sales Ban》can be used for 《Cold Feet》(However, 《Cold Feet》, which catches you off guard because of its Quick-Play Spell, cannot be thrown away).
His Tribute Summon effect of "Raiza the Mega Monarch" will fix his GY's "Cold Feet" to the top of his Deck to ensure that he can draw with a normal draw on his next turn. By returning yourself with a bonus effect, you will be able to perform this series of combos again.

Strength

If you have it, you can continue to deploy 《Vanity's Emptiness》while bouncing infinitely, while 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》can effectively block the activation of 《Harpie's Feather Broom》.
Overall cheaper to put together.

Weakness

There are many parts, you can't search for his Spell/Trap cards that are parts, and they don't even have resistance to destruction, etc. If you look for it, you'll find more, but these are the first to come up.
