Playing

It is a deck that mainly builds Monarch and uses The despair URANUS as a trump card.
The interaction between Continuous Spells and Traps, which can give strong resistances, and URANUS, which gives them resistances, is simple but powerful.

Strength

By adopting 《Proof of Pruflas》, you can easily Tribute Summon URANUS with this card and one low-grade card.
With 《Small World》, you can search for URANUS from the light route starting from 《Shining Angel》or Idea, or from the dark route connecting the dark monster to 《Lord of the Heavenly Prison》.
If you can call URANUS at an early stage, it is surprisingly easy to create a situation where there are no Spells/Traps on the field, and you can bring in useful Continuous Spells/Traps, although they are dependent on the opponent. If it's a spell, it's 《March of the Monarchs》, if it's a trap, it's 《Vanity's Emptiness》.
Combined with these permanent cards, the RBI increases, and Honest is also used as insurance, so it will be quite difficult for the opponent to break through in battle.
While earning a little time with Canadadia, which is highly versatile, I think I can add release material by chaining it to 《Free-Range Monsters》or libido.

Weakness

URANUS's search method is poor, and there is only about 《Small World》. If you can't draw it early, it will be a pretty fragile deck, but since it's difficult to use 《Gallant Granite》from the deck concept, I think this is a big point for improvement.
It doesn't have resistance to non-targeted bounces, banishments, and GY Sends, so you want to avoid using 《Domain of the True Monarchs》or 《Vanity's Emptiness》before calling large monsters with similar effects.
